Chicken A La Tosca:  Medallions of chicken breast egg battered in an imported parmesan and Romano cheese blend, then sautéed in a velvety lemon wine sauce       


Chicken Parmesan:  A generous portion of chicken breasts, coated with seasoned crumbs, pan sautéed, then baked al parmesan style


Chicken Marsala:  A glistening reduction of fine Marsala wine stock, creamery butter and fresh mushrooms


Roasted Chicken Thigh:  ​Boneless, Asian spiced rub, with a high tempurature sear to lock in it's natural juices


Baked Chicken Romano-Style:​  Basting in sweet peppers, fresh tomatoes, capers, white wine and smoked apple wood bacon
