Vegan Entrees & Catering

Pasta Primavera: Roasted tomatoes and garlic with fresh vegetables and herbs in a white wine sauce.

Eggplant Parmesan: Lightly breaded and baked with a delicious cashew cream, vegan parmesan and Pomodoro sauce

Stir-Fry Teriyaki: Fresh crispy vegetables sauteed with a sweet and tangy sauce

Chicken A La Tosca:  Medallions of chicken breast egg battered in an imported parmesan and Romano cheese blend, then sautéed in a velvety lemon wine sauce
